Simple, yet powerful home screen

We designed the interface to be a single-screen design which updates in real time to offer a realtime view of your group's status throughout the work day. To keep things tidy, the system clears itself nightly so you start with a clean slate each morning.

The left side contains the list of people currently working, their location, call rank, as well as visual break indicators.

Real-time messaging

The right side is a real-time messenger with quick add/delete capability in order to keep only open issues visible to the group.

Need to arrange coverage for an add-on case? No problem. Just post a message to the group to plan coverage.

Anesthesiologists are human, too.

Everyone needs daily breaks. To help facilitate this, we integrated a series of three tick boxes to indicate that the physician has had a chance to take a few minutes out of the OR. We integrated a visual log to better support the team as well as improve turnover time through efficient break management. This has the added benefit of increasing morale and patient safety while reducing job-related burnout

Manage peel off

When logging in each morning, simply enter your call rank. Then you can easily sort your colleagues by their rank and easily see who is the next person to peel off for the day. As your colleagues go home, they click a single button to indicate that they are done they will be removed from the daily list.

Paging

Quickly send a text or numeric page to your collegue's pager. You can also easily see their contact information, so calling somoene back in to the hospital at 2am is quick as clicking their name.

Customizible

Customize the application to fit your group's specific needs. In a care team model or have residents? Just modify one of the column to read "Attending".

Information at your fingertips

Important bookmarks are displayed on the bottom of your home screen. From ACLS protocols to your hospital intranet, you can customize the links to suit the needs of your group.

We can also provide a simple to use 'wiki' for your group to enter notes for each surgeon. This prevents each member of your group asking the same questions each day they work with a new surgeon.

Manage Multiple Sites

Fully customizable views for large groups covering multiple hospitals and free standing ASCs. Add names next to rooms/ASCs that are running. This system supports over 200 clinicians viewing and editing simultaneously.
